the projectscheduleandsubmititasMicrosoftProjectMPP file.
B. Prepare a schedule table reporting ES, LS, EF, LF, and slack for each activity. Append the table to your Microsoft Word file (see part 3).
C. Include answers to the following questions in a MicrosoftWord file:
1. When is the project estimated to be completed?
2. How long will the project take?
3. What is the critical path(s) for the project?
4. Which activity has the greatest amount of slack?
5. Identify two sensible milestonesandexplainyour choices.
6. Compare and describe the advantages/disadvantages of displaying the schedule as a network versus a Gantt chart.
