Intersection of two streets

Two vehicles in succession are observed moving through the intersection of two streets.

a) List the possible outcomes, assuming each vehicle can go straight, turn right, or turn left.

b) Assuming the outcomes to be equally likely, find the probability that at least one vehicle turns left. (Would this assumption always be reasonable?)

c) Assuming the outcomes to be equally likely, find the probability that at most one vehicle makes a turn
