Select one of the given organizations to research: Google, Zappos, Southwest, Hewlett Packard, Xerox, W.L. Gore, DuPont, or Procter and Gamble. Employ a variety of resources (company Website, newspaper, company blogs and so on) to research the culture of the chosen organization.

Give a brief explanation of the organization you chose to research. Analyze the culture of the selected organization. Describe how you determined that the selected organization showed the signs of the culture which you have identified. Find out the factors which caused the organization to embody this particular culture. Find out what kind of leader would be best suited for this organization. Support your position. Assume that there is a decline in the demand of product(s) or services supplied by the selected organization. Find out what the change in culture would require to be in response to this condition. Use at least three quality academic resources in this assignment.
