Identify your potential stakeholders and their

Part 1:

Identify your potential stakeholders and their characteristics in your organization using the tools and techniques described in PMBOK.

Put yourself in your stakeholders various roles. From their perspective, explain how your project might have a positive or negative impact on them. Explain how the stakeholders you have identified might have a positive or negative impact on your project.

Use this information to construct your Stakeholder Register as described in PMBOK. Identify Stakeholders. Your Stakeholder Register will be used for Part 2, and will be further developed in your Phase 3 IP assignment. Remember, what is described in the PMBOK has been generalized for most projects most of the time, and it is up to you to customize these generalities in a manner that makes sense to accomplishing your project. Follow the general guidelines to accomplish the work of your project. Additional explanation and generalized examples are provided in the Phase Resources below - use what you need for your project.
