• Business purpose - what is your goal, why have this business?
My goal is to help people who can't see without glasses and to get them the exact type of glasses they want and need. Because I know from my own experience how it is to be a day without seeing properly.
• What products or services will you sell?
I would sell lenses, frames, screws, nose pads, hinges, boxes for glasses, cleaning wipes, accessories for glasses.
I would provide services from ophthalmologist, who would deal with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders of the eye. Also I will be providing a chance to get your eyes done by laser surgery.
I would offer special made parts for glasses, what are made by my collaborations with people who make handmade plastic and metal parts.
• Who will be your customers?
My customers will be people who haven't gotten help from other places. With special and specific needs.
• Write tag line/slogan/motto for your company
Your sight is your treasure.
• Identify the competition you might/will have
I would have as a competition other stores that sell glasses and accessories for them. Companies who sell mass products that are cheaper and more affordable for a lot of people. Companies that have made a name for themselves already. Companies who are making a lot of branding and offers or sales.
• Identify threats such external sources, such as natural disasters. Make a list of the top threats
My top threats would be:
1. Lack of customers/Not enough income
2. Bad collaborations
3. Investors redrawing their offer
4. Bad reviews or media
5. Same products selling stores moving near me
• Explain your business' opportunities. One way to discover these opportunities is to examine your competition closely. Also, look at your target market and think of ways that your business could serve it.
My business opportunities would be on target market because a lot of people need glasses and they are recognizing more and more about the importance of health also while doing so they want to express themselves through their look.
