You have been assigned to be a project manager for the development of a new e-commerce website for an up and coming business. Because of the uniqueness of this project, you will be using an Agile approach. As a project manager, you know the importance of meeting the objectives of the project. The MoSCoW approach can be helpful in ensuring that your Agile project meets its objectives. Select one of the aspects of the MoSCoW approach and identify the challenges with that approach for this project.
