Identify and document the design of the organization or corporation. The design will be an explanation of the management structure, the prime operations of the entity, and how the entity functions on a daily basis. Your understanding and explanation of the design will need to be reinforced with academic research and analysis.
Include the following:
- Select an organization with which you are familiar. It can be your own organization.
- Describe the organization management structure.
- Assess the structure in relationship to people, process, and technology.
- Provide recommendations to the organization for developing more effective and efficient management system.
Support your paper with at least five (5) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
