Module Course Project - Personal Leadership Plan, Reflection, And Presentation
Throughout the course you have been developing your personal leadership plan. Using the personal leadership plan template, submit your personal leadership plan. Please keep in mind the required page count for each section.
Your plan will be organized by the following sections:
• Vision (2-3 paragraphs)
• Mission (few sentences)
• Motivation (1 page minimum)
• Challenges (1 page minimum)
• Managing Conflict (1 page minimum)
• Reflection (1 page minimum)
Then, develop a PowerPoint presentation to present your personal leadership plan. Your presentation should be constructed as if you were going to present your plan to a new employer. For each section of your plan, provide a brief summary of reflection. The reflection should describe what you learned about yourself and how you plan to use the information going forward. Also reflect on how the personal leadership helped you better understand a specific topic or content in the course.
Your presentation should be 12-18 slides. Use the Notes area on each slide as needed to expand on the key points. Your presentation should be organized into the following slides:
Introduction
• Vision
• What you learned about yourself
• How you plan to use the information going forward
• Reflection of how this part of the plan helped you better understand leadership
Mission
• What you learned about yourself
• How you plan to use the information going forward
• Reflection of how this part of the plan helped you better understand leadership
Motivation
• What you learned about yourself
• How you plan to use the information going forward
• Reflection of how this part of the plan helped you better understand leadership
Challenges
• What you learned about yourself
• How you plan to use the information going forward
• Reflection of how this part of the plan helped you better understand leadership
Managing Conflict
• What you learned about yourself
• How you plan to use the information going forward
• Reflection of how this part of the plan helped you better understand leadership
Reflection Summary
• State how the knowledge in this course has shaped your Personal Leadership Plan and future perspective on organizational leadership. Also make note of how the Personal Leadership Plan may impact your future decision-making.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
