Upon what properties of the sound wave do the (a) loudness, (b) pitch and (c) quality of a musical note depend? why do the string on a quitar have diffrent pitches( frequency) even though they are same length? if the string were only 1/2 as dense as you found it to be how would the tension have to change in each case to produce the same number of segments (same wavelength)?
