Part 1: Take a Stand (100 words) Should there be first amendment protection to what users post on social media? What allegiances and duties do people have when using social media? Answer this with providing an ethical argument taking a side.
Part 2: Theorize Your Stand (100 words) How would either Aristotle or Kant or Mill answer the question. It is ok if it is different than how you answered it.
Part 3: Apply Your Stand (150 words) Discuss Case 4A (Facebook) and 4C (Twitter). What is right and wrong in the cases? Clearly articulate the dilemma ( the choice between two correct options).
Part 4: Discuss Your Stand (100 words for case 4A. and 100 words for 4C). post this as a respond to any of the peers this week and add value to the conversation. Ask questions. Present new ideas.
