• Propose recommendations regarding how leaders can help virtual teams to be successful and resolve misunderstandings and conflicts in such situations through frequent meetings. • Conflict is likely to occur in teams and organizations. Assess the types of conflict that can occur and the communication strategy a leader should use to diminish the negative effects of conflict and leverage the potential positive effects of conflict.
