Now that you have completed a review of the literature on your selected personality theory, in this assignment you will apply what you have learned about the theory to analyze the topic you selected in Module 1. Describe the topic you selected from the lens of the personality theory. For example, if you selected optimism as your topic analyze optimism based on the theory you chose:
• How is optimism developed based on the theory you selected?
• What are potential hurdles to optimism based on research surrounding your theory?
• How does the personality theory offer a framework for interpreting your topic?
• What actions, behaviors, and expressed attitudes align with the perspective of the personality theory?
• Are there any gaps or places where the personality theory conflicts with your observations about the topic you selected?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
