Write a 2-3-page paper addressing Phase II of your selected project.
Each project is significantly different in Phase II, so you will be completing work specific to your selected company.
Your submission will be checked for similarity through Turnitin. This submission will not store your paper in the Turnitin repository. Therefore, this submission will not impact your similarity when you submit your Final Draft. The purpose of submitting this now to Turnitin is to review your similarity and make any necessary adjustments before you make your final submission. YWCA
If you are working on the YWCA project, you will be researching its history of activism in NYC.
Phase II: Research history of activism in NYC, YW role and integration. Please incorporate the following into Phase II of your paper:
Review New York City's history of activism and think about how history can inform activism in the current historical context.
What history do some companies have in activism? Could this cross over into the rise of unions at the turn of the 20th Century as opposed to their relevance today? What industries do you feel were more enlightened?
Who are the historical figures associated with the YW and NYC? Eg. Dorothy Height
The YW serves girls 9-24, but they have a network of corporate women leaders we they want to cultivate. What topics would be of interest to each of these groups, such as who are the voices that resonate with each generation? A girl of 9-24 would not recognize Dorothy Height as someone older would.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
