Research and select a company that has recently experienced a failure, success or challenge in its supply chain. You may utilize an example at your current company; a company that you have worked for; or a company that you simply have an interest in.
Start with an overview of the company (e.g. industry, product(s)/service(s) produced, company size, locations, etc.)
Next include a summary of the issue (e.g. What is the issue? What may have caused it? What were the current circumstances in the industry? etc.)
Finally, place yourself in the senior management perspective assuming that you have the authority to implement or change as needed and summarize your assessment of
how effectively the supply chain issue was addressed, or what you may have done differently.
