How does a bacteria living in a high temperature

Problem:

Question 1: As a research scientist, you measure the aomount of ATP and NADPH consumed by the Calvin cycle in 1 hour. You find 30,000 molecules of ATP consumed, but only 20,000 molecules of NADPH. Where did the extra ATP molecules come from? How does photosynthesis obtain these different amounts of product?

Question 2: Assue a thylakoid is somehow punctured so that the interior of the thylakoid is no longer separated from the stroma. This damage will have the most direct effect on which cellular process? Be specific. After an amount of time has passed, how will this affect the Calvin cycle?

Question 3: How does a bacteria living in a high temperature environment near a hot spring survive? What would happen to human cells in the same conditions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
