1. Enter the appropriate data into the WinQSB - Pert program. You may do this in either graphical or matrix form. The name of the problem is YOUR NAME. Print out either the graphical or matrix screen for your report.
2. Click "solve critical path". Print the activity analysis screen, the critical path screen, the network diagram and the Gantt chart screen.
3. Clearly label the critical path that WinQSB found. Draw conclusions. What are the final results? What do the results mean? How can this software be applied as a project-planning tool? What are the benefits of this software?
