Write a 250 to 300 words response to the following:
a) Imagine you accepted an instructional leadership position at an institution with which you are unfamiliar. What data would you review to appraise learner performance, curriculum currency/quality, and instructional effectiveness? Justify your responses.
b) How can instructional leaders use accountability data to effect positive change where previous efforts have failed? Justify your responses.
