Higher education institutions resolved most of the issues


From 1970 to 2000, most higher education institutions encountered different challenges. Though higher education made an efficient transition to mass education access, it was harder to transition to universal education access. In addition, since of the diversity of students who were entering college, higher education institutions needed tailoring.
