Option 1: According to the Danielson's framework (as cited in Phelps, 2008), describe the three areas of teacher- leader's influence? For each area, explain your leadership capacity. Which area do you see as your strength and explain why? Which areas are your weakest and explain why?
Option 2: According to the Lieberman and Miller (as cited in the Phelps, 2008), describe the three major roles of teacher or educational-leader? For each role, explain your own leadership capacity. Which role fits you the best and explain why? Which roles are most foreign to you and explain why?
