Global businesses should manage key HR-related practices in order to enable organizational competitive advantage. For this discussion, identify a national or international organization (the organization can be yours), research HR-related practices, and evaluate how the HR-related practices enable talent acquisition, employment law, and knowledge management.
You should demonstrate the ability to "analyze HRM trends and issues in global organizations." Therefore, the organization you choose for all the assignments of this course must be a global organization.
Analysis of any organization which is not global ( eg school districts, government agencies) will result in a failing grade for the assignment.
Furthermore, the following may NOT be used as the global company of focus you study for this course:

f. Any government agency, including school districts or the military
