For each of the given, explain one genetic and one epigenetic change which could lead to cancer.   Select a specific gene and a specific alteration. Explain the effects of the change and why it might contribute to the cancer. Each and every genetic or epigenetic change must be different (example: you might use each kind of change only once.)

e and f. modifications to a gene encoding included in cell cycle regulation.
