Frictional forces due to motion

If you flip a coin on an airplane in severe turbulence will it behave differently than doing the same thing on a roller coaster?

Would it make any difference because there are walls around you? Suppose you built an enclosed roller coaster car. Would that change how a flipped coin behaves? If so, why?

Assume that there are no frictional forces due to motion through the air in either case. Assume that your hand is does not jiggle in either case.
