Find the change in each dimension

Bone is an anisotropic material, because its expansion coefficient are different direction. One experimental measurement gives 8.9 x 10^-5 C^-1 for the lineal expansion coefficient along bone's long dimension and 5.4 x 10^-5 C^-1 for that along the short dimension. An individual femur is normally 43.2 cm long and 2.75 cm in diameter. Find the change in each dimension when the individual suffer a high 104.5 F fever.
