Most projects find managing scope to be a challenge. If you have experience with scope statements, when has the scope statement worked particularly well, and why? When wasn't a scope statement helpful (or even caused problems)? And, given the scope statement is increasingly supported by requirements documentation and work breakdown structures, are you still using them?
