Find logarithmic mean temperature and water exit temperature

Saturated steam condenses completely to liquid water at a rate of m1 = 2 kg/s at 40 bar pressure (saturation temperature ts=140 oC, heat of vapourisation hfg=2100 kJ/kg) in a heat exchanger with heat transfer surface area of 116 m2. The heat exchanger is employed to heat water (cw=4.2 kJ/kgK) from t2in=20 oC. The heat transfer coefficients by convection on the steam and water sides are h1 = 2200 W/m2K and h2 = 2200 W/m2K respectively. The thickness of the conductive surface is 0.005 m, and its thermal conductivity is 50 W/mK. Determine the logarithmic mean temperature, the water exit temperature t2out and the water mass flow.
