Principles of Management
Portfolio goal: Create a presentation (6-10 slides) with speaker's notes.
Portfolio Details:
1. Use the internet to find an article about the approaches to and theories of leadership and the challenges that today's leaders face.
2. Create the presentation 6-10 slides to document the following.
• Summarize your findings from #1 on the first slide of your presentation.
• Choose one of the approaches to leadership that you believe would best fit your management style.
• Explain why you selected this leadership approach.
3. Add presenter's notes to each slide of the presentation containing talking points and details that you would use to present the material.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
