Inappropriate use (IU) is a category of incidents that covers a spectrum of violations made by authorized users. list the five criteria associated with "Before the IU Incident." Then, IN YOUR OWN words, explain why you believe EACH criterion is important, and what could go wrong if each of the five criteria are not met.
