Discussion Post: Working with Exceptional Children
Post an explanation of three items Samantha's IEP team needs to address as it plans for Samantha's transition and as it relates to family, school, recreation, work life, and vocational skills. Then, explain the issues Samantha and her family may encounter as she transitions out of high school. Finally, recommend two resources that her family could use during this time and how those resources can be supportive.
