2) Indicate whether the strategy is internally or externally focused.
3) Describe the strategy and why it is appropriate to health care.
II. Section II
1) Create a graphic differentiating between the following:
a) Job analysis
b) Job description
c) Job specifications
2) Examples of a graphic include flowcharts, Venn diagrams, graphs, and slides. There are a variety of tools in the Microsoft Office Suite suitable for creating graphics. Additionally, .pdf, .jpg, and other file formats are acceptable.
III. Section III
1) Explain why training and education are vital in health care.
2) Explain the importance of measuring competencies.
3) Describe the process for tracking and evaluating training effectiveness.
4) Describe performance appraisal standards within the health care industry.
5) Identify guidelines for effective performance appraisals.
6) Include possible barriers and their effect on the appraisal process.
7) Describe the due diligence of progressive discipline of employees within the health care field.
