Objective A: Improve my skills in performing comprehensive history, and psychosocial assessment including functional assessment on patients.
Planned Activities: identification of potential mental and behavioral disorders

a. Continue with comprehensive mental assessment on all patient encounters
b. interprets results of mental status exam, be comfortable in asking open ended questions with patients why maintaining eye contact and professionalism and be non-judgmental
Objective B: Brush up selection of Pharmacotherapeutic skills with patients.
Planned Activities: use evidence based clinical practice guidelines for selecting appropriate medication for individualized mental health disorders and use my preceptor as a guide
