Step 1: Read carefully the instruction for "Public Relations Campaign Using Social media" Activity.

Step 2: Watch video about "Generation Like," and write a report.

1. Watch PBS Frontline TV program, "Generation Like," to learn how companies use social media.

2. Write key takeaways in about half a page in word document with your name and title noticeably visible at the top of the essay.

3. This essay has to be submitted together with another essay you need to write in Step 4a or Step 4b.

In the essay, you also need to discuss (1) why you think your friends responded to your post in the way they did, (2) if the responses are what you expected before you shared the post, and (3) why or why not.

1. The printout that shows evidence of your having liked and follows MRC social media page (not a particular post).

2. The printout that shows the page of social media site showing evidence that you shared at least one post with your friends

3. (Part 2 for Step 3-2): This is only for those who opted to do Step 3-2. If you are doing Step 3-1, do not submit this.

1. One page essay about the case study as described in Step 3-2. There must be a full citation under reference section per instruction in Step 3-2.

2. Appendix: a copy of the article.

5. Prepare Part 1 and Part 2 in one document, saved with MS Word or PDF file.

Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:

1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.

2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.

3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
