Topic: Research: Common Hiring Mistakes
Hiring the right person for the right job is not as easy as it might sound. For this discussion, research online to find a suitable source about common hiring mistakes.
For the initial post:
1) In a first paragraph, explain at least two hiring mistakes examined in the source you found, writing in your own words. Cite your source properly using APA in-text citation.
2) In a second paragraph, describe how these mistakes could be costly for an IT team or a tech company. Write this paragraph from experience or using your critical thinking skills, not source material.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
