Discussion Post: Art
Since the term "Fine Arts" includes subjects beyond those covered in our principle textbook, these last two discussions over theater and music will reference additional resources. Chapter 2 of the textbook Theatrical Worlds provides a brief history of acting, emphasizing techniques that theater actors use to make characters more natural or realistic. Give and explain an example of a performance you've seen, either on stage or in a movie, where an actor convincingly transforms into a character through the use of technique.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
