1. Read the article How to Defeat ISIS. Select at least 3 of the recommendations presented and explain why you think they would be effective or not. From your view, is this a war of ideologies, media or a ground war? Explain.
2. Although it is a very comprehensive document, the National Response Framework cannot possible address every need that arises during a natural or man-made disaster. What community-level needs might exist that would fall outside of the spectrum of the NRF? What organization(s) might be able to address these needs?
