Homework: Project Performance
Overview
This is the third of four homework which, as a whole, will cover all aspects of the project life cycle relevant to your selected project. Now, it is time for you to discuss your project's risks and to develop a performance management plan for managing the project.
Instructions
Write a 5 to 7 pages paper in which you define the execution and control aspects of your chosen project. In your paper you must:
1. Provide a brief summary of your chosen project.
2. Examine your project's greatest risks (at least three) and provide a recommendation for addressing each of the risks.
3. Examine how you will manage your project performance via earned value management. Identify at least three key EVM metrics you will use for your project.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
