CONTENT to be covered:
Explain one present ethical health care issue like one of the given: transplant allocation; refusal of care, like a blood transfusion; patient non-compliance with treatment; biomedical research; patient dumping; compliance with new health care requirements; and so forth. Examine and assess how each of the four main ethical principles can be applied to this issue. Describe how this issue relates to present health care law and/or regulation. Be specific, identifying the specific law and/or regulation and supporting with a source of authority.
RESEARCH required:
