Estimate design-stage uncertainty in finding voltage drop

Estimate the design-stage uncertainty in determining the voltage drop across an electric heating element. The heater has a nominal resistance of 30 Ohms and a power rating of 500 W (i.e. the nominal current will be 4.08 for P=I^2*R). An ohmeter (accuracy: within 0.5%; resolution: 1 Ohm) and ammeter (accuracy: within 0.1%; resolution: 100 mA) are available for the measurements. Recall that V=IR. Assume the zero-order error is half of the resolution for both instruments.
