Weakness:

• Writing deficiencies, I have plenty. My biggest problem is figuring out how to write what I am thinking. I have never been proficient at this task. It looks good to me when I read it, but when I turn the paper over to someone else; they do not find the point I was trying to convey. This is the area in which I would like to excel in. Second, I have never really enjoyed writing. I just tried to make the best of it when I was forced to endure it. It seems I have a tendency to focus on the tasks I enjoy doing most and turning away from the difficult ones. I feel if I take care of the "easy stuff" I can get more done. This is why I save the hardest for last. I generally find it very hard to repeatedly read over and re-edit the same document multiple times.

• My attention span usually fails me and I miss important grammatical mistakes or misspellings that I should have caught. These sort of grammatical blunders sometimes critically confound the meaning of the document, and decrease the quality of the work.

• I lose patience sometimes when I am not in a position to complete the assigned the correct way the first time around.

• Being self-disciplined to follow daily rhythm from day to day.

Strengths:

• Team Player- I work very well with all kinds of people, and understand that everyone has different perspectives about projects and work tasks. When I work with others I realize that everyone comes to the table with different priorities and objectives. I keep this in mind when I communicate tasks that need to be accomplished with positive reinforcement and awareness of what others are working on.

• Flexibility- I am able to modify my personal schedule to assist my teammates whenever I am needed. This includes working after normal work hours and on some weekends.

• Honesty- I am able to maintain confidentiality in the workplace while constantly being exposed to personally identifiable information and being around sensitive and complex relationships and projects.

• Dependability/Reliability/Responsibility

Computer Skills:

• I have strong computer skills. I am particularly experienced in Windows including Microsoft (MS) Power Point, and graphic programs such as Adobe PhotoShop and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Analytical/Research Skills

Short-term (3 to 6 months) objectives:

• Increase the effectiveness, productivity and satisfaction of supporting the CEO of P & L associate and Team by using useful information, ideas and solutions that address my everyday responsibilities, concerns and challenges.

• Work on project assignments that will add mixture to my everyday work; predominantly activities that will make me more well-rounded and that will expand my capability to make me a viable member on the team.

• Understand my role and responsibilities.

Long-term (12 months) objectives:

• Growing with the company where I can continue to learn. Take on additional responsibilities and contribute as much of value as I can.
• Negotiate contract terms.
• Respond to requests for information from vendors, external customers and other clients.
• Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and project reviews.
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
• The roles of various contracting personnel and their corresponding authority
