Often employee development programs are executed via employee training initiatives. These training initiatives are driven by the Human Resource department with input from both employees and management and will satisfy the strengthening of workplace performance, attitudes, and behaviors.
Reflect on a workplace training session that you have experienced. Then highlight three strengths of the training session and three areas of opportunity for improvement of the training session based on the Kirkpatrick model.
For the opportunities for improvement, argue whether you feel the overall performance of the organization affected the quality of the training and therefore overall employee performance.
