Efficiency of training and staffing programs


You are the new HR Director of Ayles Networks, an established IT networking company. The company presently employs over 3,000 people across the Southwestern United States. The HR office is centrally situated, however is as much as 500 miles from some of the corporate offices. Some of your primary duties comprise recruiting, training and performance management. The CEO has asked you to use HR statistical methods to assess the staffing, training and HR assessments which the company presently has in place.

Write down a paper of no more than 1,050 words describing each of the statistical methods that follow. Determine what kind of data you would require; how you would use the methods to assess the efficiency of the staffing, training, and HR assessments; and give a brief illustration of an application of each method: t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis. What other statistical methods might you use to examine the efficiency of your training and staffing programs?
