1. Henry contracts with Irving to buy a certain coffee shop, Java Java, for Irving, who asks Henry not to reveal his identity. Henry makes a deal with Kenneth, the owner of Java Java, and makes a down payment. Irving fails to pay the rest of the price, and does not pay Henry for his services. Does Henry have any recourse against Irving? If so, on what basis and to what extent? Explain fully.
