1) Go to your favorite grocery store (i.e., Walmart, Whole Foods, Publix, Winn Dixie, etc.).
2) Identify products in the store that were produced by:
a) continuous flow process
b) repetitive process
c) batch process
d) job shop process
3) Find a product whose company uses CSR (e.g., Corporate Social Responsibility), where CSR is depicted on or within the product. Is this product or process innovation? Find your CSR product/service example and distinguish between product or process innovation.
4) Explain in a couple of paragraphs what you believe the company is attempting to achieve through its use of CSR.
