2. Analyze your experience in task 4 (current paper attached) by doing the following:
a. Explain how you applied each of the four competences discussed in part A1 in resolving the organization's business challenge.
b. Discuss two obstacles you encountered in completing task 4.
i. Explain the strategies used to overcome each of the obstacles discussed in part A2b.
c. Discuss two strengths you displayed while working with the organization in task 4.
i. Explain how you identified each of the strengths discussed in part A2c.
ii. Discuss how you could apply each of the strengths discussed in part A2c to future projects.
3. Discuss your personal professional development by doing the following:
a. Discuss the most significant lessons learned throughout your MBA program.
i. Explain how the lessons identified in part A3a will help you succeed in your chosen career.
b. Summarize your plans for continued professional development by identifying three SMART (specific, measurable, actionable, realistic, time-oriented) goals.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
