1.Storyscaping is a way for consumers to connect with brands and vice versa. It is a three dimensional process that engages consumers to stories and experiences. In advertising, this tool is essential because companies want to make consumers feel like they matter instead of feeling excluded. The three dimensions are brand, digital and commerce. The brand helps the consumers by developing a narrative that can be thoughtful and engaging on an emotional level. The digital emphasis provides interaction with the consumers to make them feel engaged in stories, which can lead to word-of-mouth because of how powerful they really are. Commerce emphasizes on trading specific goods and services. If a brand provides consumers with a free product, they will expect a form of exchange from the consumers such as happiness or the spread of word-of-mouth that can grab the attention of many others.

An example of a brand dimension is a McDonald's commercial. In this touching commercial, it shows a father at a young age to the left of the screen and his daughter to the right. The father wants what is best for his daughter and McDonald's Chicken McNuggets provided one of the many happinesses for her.

2. Systems thinking by definition is a discipline that concentrates on the understanding of a system by reviewing interactions and connections within the entire system. This examines the different systems and provides an understanding for each system and how they operate in order to have an entire system that successfully works. Regarding my upcoming team project, I feel that everyone in my team has a specific task to accomplish and we understand our roles. In order for this team project to be effective, each of the team members need to have the knowledge and desire to complete their portion of the project. Systems thinking will grant us to work diligently and effectively as well as obtain a full understanding of the whole project. It will also allow us to identify what problems there are and the arrangements needed to successfully complete this team project.
