In this module you have studied multiple theories related to employee motivation. Create a 2-to-3-page paper using the following scenario to complete your assignment:
You are a new manager for the Teen Challenge Center in your home state. In the job you get the feeling that the employees in your department have low morale and are unhappy in their positions and/or with some of the processes within the organization. Explain how you would address these issues. Address the following:
1. What tactics will you use to gain further information about the issues you suspect?
2. After you have received further information, how will you motivate your staff? Give specific details and applications of motivational theory as you address the issues of low morale and employees who are unhappy with their positions and/or are unhappy with the processes within the organization.
3. Which of the motivational theories you have studied would you employ and why? Reference a minimum of three sources.
