This decision, however, did not definitively settle the issue since the Court has revisited Miranda numerous times since 1966. Beginning with Miranda, trace the history of Supreme Court decisions relating to Miranda v. Arizona. Discuss whether there are still any unresolved issues regarding suspect rights that the Supreme Court will need to address in the future.
