Assignment - Individual research paper introduction
The second individual assignment will be an individual research paper assignment.
In this individual research paper you are required to write a five- to seven-page research paper on a human resource management " hot topic." You may select the "hot topic", which must be relevant to the course. Submit your paper through TurnItIn under the Tools & Resources button in blackboard.
All papers will be typed, spell-checked, grammar-checked, submitted double-spaced, and prepared with references in proper academic format, using the American Psychological Association (APA) style. There are some excellent Web sites with great examples of how to use proper APA formatting.

Review the course modules for examples of the course topics, as well as the textbook. Discuss an HR topic based on your findings and understanding about an HR topic, including critical views, analysis, pros, cons, what is happening or is trending.
Begin by researching Human Resource topics from the FSCJ Library. Human Resources topics that have been discussion in the course are all relevant and "hot topics."
A few examples of hot HR topics are as follows: Recruiting and hiring decisions, diversity and inclusion, harassment, etc. Human Capital, workplace compensation, sexual harassment, bullying in the workplace, etc. just to name a few.
Be sure to research the FSCJ library for academic scholarly sources cite the sources along with sharing of real world workplace examples, and trends related to Human Resources.
