Mergers and Acquisitions
- Discuss a time when your organization (or one that you know) experienced a merger or acquisition (this is not the same as a restructure)? Do you think that particular merger or acquisition was necessary and successful? Would you have done anything different if you were making the decision to merge or acquire a new company?
OR
Cultural Change
Consider organizational change when it affects the culture of an organization. Discuss a time when your organization (work, school, church, home) implemented a change that directly affected the culture of that organization.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
