• The location is small industry city only has one competitor.
• There are a lot of worker in this city they need a place to keep their children.
• There are lack of day care.
• The competitor has low quality services and all the people they live there they complain about that day care that's why I choose to do a day care with value and high-quality day care. also, the kids who are in that day care they always have been sick that's mean the cleanness is very poor.
