Develop a system implementation process that can be applied to any complex information system that the healthcare organization intends to adopt.
Include how these systems are selected, evaluate who needs to be on the implementation team and why. Identify the roles needed for the completion of a successful project. Provide a project plan and how the organization will manage this change.
